Every Zenzula begins its journey in the Mumbai workshop of Roots Production, creator of the Zenzula range of handcrafted instruments. Whether travelling across the city or across continents, each instrument is carefully packed and prepared to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide and regularly send instruments to customers across Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Africa, Asia, and beyond. If your country appears during checkout, we can ship to you.

Processing Times

Standard Instruments
Ready-made instruments are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Custom & Personalised Instruments
Because custom work is completed by hand, additional preparation time may be required.

  • Custom artwork: Please allow up to 2 additional business days.
  • Fully bespoke instruments: Please allow up to 3 additional business days.
  • Name engravings and simple personalisation generally do not add additional production time.

If we expect any significant delay, we will contact you directly.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided whenever available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant tracking details so that you can follow its journey.

International Orders

Customers ordering from outside India may be required to pay import duties, customs charges, VAT, local taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work closely with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged Deliveries

If your instrument arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of both the packaging and the instrument. Depending on the circumstances, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.
